METHODS OF PAYMENT
In all cases and payment methods, you are assured of a safe purchase guaranteed by our company.
Bank transfer - after receiving your order, we will send you the account number and variable symbol. You pay for the goods in advance to our bank account maintained at FIO bank. After receiving the payment, we will send the goods and inform you about the date when the shipment will arrive.
Online card payment - the Shoptet Pay payment gateway provides hassle-free payment with any card on the market (VISA, VISA Electron, Maestro and MasterCard). Security is guaranteed by using a unique combination of inline gateway functions and Native 3DS, when customers do not leave the e-shop at all when paying. Both the payment gateway and the bank confirmation are displayed directly in the e-shop and there is no redirection. Customers can also use the option to pay via Apple Pay or via Google Pay.
Transport methods
Orders with delivery in the European Union with a total value of over €80 are delivered FREE. Orders with lower value will be priced accordingly chosen shipping company.
DELIVERY PROBLEMS
We use the services of external companies for the delivery of shipments, and it may happen that the shipment dispatched by us did not reach you by the announced date. In the event that your shipment is delayed and you did not find a notification about its storage in your inbox, inquire at the drop-off location, it is likely that the shipment is located there. If the company has lost the shipment, contact us immediately so that we can resolve the situation as soon as possible.
